Inspired by my grandmother and mother’s deep knowledge and love of the natural world and its healing properties. This approach is quite popular in Ireland's West, where my ancestors originate and where I have spent a lot of time. Eco-therapy is a nature-based practice that relieves many of the stresses of our hectic lives. Participants/clients build an intimate connection with nature through walks, conversations and tours in particularly rich natural settings.
